A lot of law firms assign specific mentors to freshers. But how do they do that and where does the m...

Sir pl. discuss law practice in US in detail.
You are very humble and motivating sir .
At least miscellaneous costs shall be charged to the poor litigants right? xerox, prints, court fees, etc etc. etc.
I agreed with the words, but please ans my ques. If I started practice and continuing it for free or to learn, then at the age of 24 to 27( person generally completes law), you can not ask money from your father. How will a person manage that situation?
Not an impressive dialogue.
Thanks 🙏🏻
Mentorology? Is there such term or you have invented it ,sir ?
True....But the thing is how to manage your own expenses
He's mentoring. Not advising.
❤
Great please continue making the videos
8 months program
LPP means Law Practice Program
👍 👍 thank you so much
It's always very good to hear sir but there is one question that what are the sources a lower middle class district lawyer can refer to enhance the knowledge on a particular subject let say on pension laws or electricity laws if the case comes so? I ask this question because all sources are paid one for which I have to take subscription, native library of a rural district court is of no use, books and journals are so expensive so we are left with very little options in our hand like vakil no 1 and sites like that.
thank you
Good!
Sir I need a urgent help . We are constructing a house in an urban area ( duplex house ) . The neighbours of backyard are troubling us so much with abuses . While curing, some amount of water falls on their area and they are just abusing us on that matter . ( They have not left even a inch space while construction and their compound wall it is attached to their house which is 10 feet . We lack air and light even though we haven't complained about it ) Is it their duty to adjust ? We have also installed tarpul on their house but even though some amount of water falls on their backyard . Or should we stop curing it 😑😐

if water falls you must ensure it doesn't, don't trouble others even by 1 drop of water
Check if their construction is as per plan passed and whether they have proper margin and construction of wall is legal as per local municipal building laws. Complain to your municipal corporation.
Ok, if you want to know the legal remedy.. A person is expected to withstand atleast a basic level of discomfort in his society. You cant kill or abuse someone just over the fact that water is falling on your door. On the other hand, you sir, should take measures that limit this disturbance to a minimum level. Every person has the right to live peacefully in their premises, if you cause more than a certain level of discomfort to them then its your fault.

Please make more such videos. Also does having a LLM is better in anyway than the LPP Program. Does hiring gets a bit easier if one has a LLM from top universities
