Untethered Rhombot -- Robot inspired by early Rhombiferan echinoderms from the Paleozoic Era
Untethered paleobionic robot with soft muscular stem inspired by Pleurocystites. Pleurocystites are an early Rhombiferan echinoderm from the Paleozoic Era that were among the first capable of locomotion using a muscular stem. Named "Rhombot", this robot moves with a soft actuated stem that is powered using shape memory alloy (Nitinol muscle wire).

Adam Khai leg still work after line being cut off. Thou this "healing" can work on non larger than this scale I imagine.
