Yesterday, we had some on-site training, but not much. We asked the member of the support staff to provide us the last bit of assistance till Monday, June 10th, in light of our planned retail store opening. However, Felix, the sales representative, says, "There's no way we can support until Monday." This is the kind of absurd customer service you get when you're only partially trained on-site with PromptTech team. Team PromptTech, We requested hardware and software from PromptTech for our new retail store in Sharjah. We paid a 50% deposit in advance, and the hardware and software were delivered. However, when the delivery arrived, the brand-new receipt printer was not working and did not function when it was installed. Since we are relatively new to using this system, the service person's brief tour of the dashboard and other options on the day of installation only constituted an installation session. Additionally, when we requested onsite training, we were told we needed to finish the Excel format for the opening (existing) stock. We also requested another training session for June 07, 2024, at 3 p.m. at our location. The service staff tells us that we need to get in touch with Felix to schedule an onsite training session, which is absurd and unacceptable. The team promptly collected the advance money, however, now that we have paid the advance they are not cooperating to deliver the onsite training session. We asked Felix, our salesperson, to arrange onsite training, but he directed us to the service team.
