due to heavy rains and snow the main Road into Citrusdal the R303 has been washed away by the Olifants rivier as the river has burst its banks again...... thanks to Mouton Citrus Packaging (Pty) Ltd who opened their gates giving access in and out of Citrusdal through his property over a concrete bridge , this clip takes us over this bridge and into Citrusdal, Enjoy like and share....

Airline pilots, bush pilots, a handful are captains on the biggest aircraft, a cousin was CEO of a major airline. Also have a veteran trucker in the family. Both get to see what the regular person. Pilots are just bus drivers and truckers at thirty-three thousand ft.
A very enjoyable trip, there's nothing quite like it to be on the open road enjoying a sunrise 😊..
Some people awe at pilots and yes they deserve it, however few awe at truckers...I am in awe...your skill to reverse a truck down that lane and to maneuver in busy streets is nothing short of awesome...I watched one of your colleagues maneuver his truck at the Uitzicht store. However the second store delivery was incredible...

My favorite Spar, before the petrol price went to the stratosphere, I used to drive to Malmesbury from Durbanville just to shop there. The new Checkers will take away their market share though. Anyone who doesn't see your importance in the "food chain" is an idiot 🙄
"Spar" should load you up with some citrus for the trip home, such inefficiencies to travel home empty. By the way all the respect to you truckers, without you guys we won't have our consumer goods delivered. I liked your comment re you seeing yourself as a pilot...at the age of 17, I was flying planes, I am still to drive a horse n trailer on a mountain pass...thats precision!
