Watching all of you young men not only hunting together but experiencing the camaraderie and joy of the hunt was wonderful. At the age of 68 I have less years in front of me than I have behind me now. Seeing you guys makes me feel better about the future of our sport. Loved your video! Good luck and God bless you all! 🦌

I'm not old. However, I am about to sound old😅. It's so nice to see the young youth of this generation actually working on the farms these days. Most of them these days are more concerned about video games and their phones more than anything else. But you young man actually know what working hard is. You are well-mannered and respectful, and responsible. That is the sole reason why I subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work, God Bless you and your family.

We invited Amish on are farm about 20 years ago…never again!!! They shot everything and didn’t even track the ones that ran and was east track jobs..I found 10 deer in a 100 acre plot just wasting away with slug and buckshot..the neighbors had the same with wasting deer laying..and they left with about 30 deer between 7 of them..never again!!! Took about a decade to get the herd back in shape and decent quality bucks back..

Well I see them Amish aren’t any different there as they are here in Wy, sure they make beautiful furniture, but them pieces of s!!t trespass everywhere, and they don’t give 2 shits who owns it…. You should have called the gnf, and had him busted, do you think he just wandered up on your stand… F No, they don’t care, they been there before! You’re a better man than me, I would have physically removed his ass and called gnf

Here in NW pa and same thing no respect at all constantly ruining my hunting, including being dropped off in large groups of hunters and the van leaves, so there is sometimes 12 or more in the woods and you don't know it, making it extremely dangerous for them and myself and others, most disrespectful people on the planet when it comes to hunters. If that's what you call em.

I agree 💯 mechanical broadheads are a joke and an absolute piece of junk. You couldn't pay me to use those things ever again. Me and my dad both have used amd tried 3-4 different brands i years past. And the results and issues were always the exact same. He's lost 3 deer and I've lost 4-5 deer using them things. The results that ive had everytime ive used them. Have been no blades opening up, only one side opening, deflecting arrows, or the broadhead breaking completely. I've never seen a bigger piece of junk then mechanical broadheads. And like i said before ive tried 3-4 different brands. Thinking well maybe these or those are just a bad batch, or there just not as good as they were advertised. But when i get the exact same results out of every single one ive ever used. Then its definitely not a brand issue it's a broadhead issue. And before anyone says well maybe you just didn't hit the deer right. I rewatched every video where I've lost a deer using mechanical broadheads. And every video was exactly the same i hit them right where i was suppose to. But everytime I got either little to no preparation, the arrow completely deflected off the the deer, or the broadhead completely broke. In the videos where i hit the deer i only got about 3-4 inches of penetration. And thats nowhere near close enough penetration to kill a deer at all. The way i could tell was from picking up my arrow and seeing where the blood or bone/cartilage was at and where it ended on the arrow. Also hes completely right mechanical broadheads are just barely sharp enough to cut. And also some people have this idea that a dull broadhead is stronger, hits harder, het better penetration, and kills faster than a good very sharp fixed broadhead. Um that defines the laws of physics and makes absolutely no sense at all. So my case and point is this if you want to risk losing deer, be frustrated, or just use a worthless piece of junk design to try and kill deer or other game with. Then by all means get your self a pack of mechanical junk broadheads. I mean you gott use some thinking and logic as well with mechanical broadheads. There for one not very sharp, amd two there's so many moving parts for something to go wrong. Also they say the expand on contact, I wouldn't want to put my faith into something that may or may not even open on contract. Especially sense some of th have very strong arping mechanisms that take a lot of force to open the baldes all the way. So why would you trust something like that, amd something that jas so many moving parts in it that can cause a failure. I honestly would use a cheap or cheapest razor sharp pair of broadheads before i ever uses a mechanical broadhead every again. I use the Magnus stinger buzzcut, or the Magnus black hornet serrated and there some othe absolute sharpest and most durable fixed broadheads I've ever used. They cut and go super deep especially with a heavy arrow. There even so strong and durable that, I've had them cut through and break bone before. When my shot placement was off a little bit. And they still killed the deer when that happened. Jist goes to show you a very good razor sharp fixed broadhead will beat and out perform a mechanical broad any day of the week. So the moral of all of this is that mechanical broadheads are better off left in the garbage where they belong, and there the biggest pieces of ever made for and invented for archery hands down.

You can feel the weight in your pack, and I’m sure a deer can hear you ratcheting, but I’ve found that if I cinch it as tight as I can by hand, I should only need to click the ratchet 3 or 4 times to get it snug, and then use the adjustment screw to get it tighter.
