      Hi there, there are lots of resources out there to help. I am available for Zoom sessions on the Foot Corrector if you are interested in your particular foot and how to use for your alignment and issues. Also, my friend, Reiner Grootenhuis has written an instruction manual which might be helpful called: The Pilates Foot Corrector and Toe Corrector. You can purchase on Amazon.

    This will help a deviated big toe? Just did this. My toe is straight when putting it on the ground but not when it's up in the air resting. This will help the deviated metatarsal? Crosses fingers.

      Yes, place the foot you aren’t stretching on the same surface as your back. Use that leg to adjust your back position. You want to make sure your pelvis stays neutral, not tilting to cause an arch in the back😊

      Ive recently had spinal fussion surgery. One month ago . Still have not got a go ahead to engage in any stretching . Just walking and leg lifts for now . But im getting stronger every say . And i will try those stretches for sure .

    These exercises don't result in "bulking up "of muscles like weighttraining. So I think,I am not required to increase my protein to extremely high level .Correct me if I am wrong.

      I’m not sure what you mean about high protein intake. For a body to repair its muscle, it’s best to eat a diet with protein, carbs and fat. I tend too eat at least 20grams of protein at each meal. Decades of fitness fads have shown me that moderation is the best diet😊

      @@PilatesTechnique Thanks for clarification. Recommended protein intake in Conventional exercises is up to 1g per Pound of body weight. I am glad to know that I can do these exercises without Increasing Protein intake significantly.

    Jill I noticed that your foot bar has the padding removed and just the slip guard attached. It that correct? Jay Grimes and Karen Frischmann have removed everything from the foot bar.

      Yes Dino, at Drago’s gym, we used no padding on the foot bar. We used to use the blue pads for the foot work for those people who needed padding. I use a Tennis Racket wrap on my foot bar so that it has a very small amount of padding, but clients hands and feet won’t slip. Message me if you would like to know what type.
