Civil earthworks tip's
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 4 มี.ค. 2019
My goal is to change the way we train people, with a emphasis on WHY.
In civil earthworks we have very skilled operators, yet not all of them can communicate in a positive way. My coaching is solely focused on creating a positive work culture, with personal life lessons and industry lingo, that has the potential kick start people's careers when starting out or moving onto different machines.
You never stop learning in this industry and if I feel, if there's a way to improve people's experiances in team enviroments, on a day to day basis. share the positive information that works.

Safety share, that could impact any industry in a positive way.

Just a simple safety share from my point of view, yet it's not so different from everyone else. my family, my kids, my hobbies mean so much. I don't want to miss a second. The safety your industry implements, focuses on and brings to the company/culture when managed correctly is a pure positive. take it on board.
why I believe truckies get a bad wrap.

There are many aspects of civil earthworks that has evolved for the better over the years, however there are still some attitudes that remain in the past. truck operators are an essential part of earthworks. for example a excavator can not load-out a stock pile without trucks taking the material away, a grader can not spread material out without it first being delivered. That being said we need...

Tips when working a fill area, Civil Earthworks
มุมมอง 1005 ปีที่แล้ว
Lessons learnt when working with load and haul trucks at a fill. While we all have our rolls to play, it's about sharing that information so the next person can grow. While every fill is different in how it's managed, if you're able to run it in a consistent way, you'd be surprised how the other operators pick up on how you wish to run it. Your day has the potential to run a lot smoother.
Tipping off loads and common styles.

when starting out in load and Haul, you may get asked to tip off your load in certain ways. This video is to highlight some examples and common phrases when tipping off and some positives so when you do tip off you know you've done your job right.

Good video mate very informative. Your thumbnail looks like a mugshot but very good video
Seal only leak with hard wheelie landings and pressure pops them tying them down does nothing to seals just compresses springs and unless you leave it tied down for months at a time no damage is done. been hauling bikes for 40 plus years only time I blew a seal was on a street bike when I slammed it down hard after a wheelie that almost flipped and hit rear break to hard.
What? Makes no sense. There aren't any different pressures on the seals than normal riding.
Thanks for the feedback. Just wanted to share how I transport my bikes long distance. With the point of. Not compressing your forks, for a prolonged period if you Don't have to. Cheers
Really good series, I'm a beginner, coming from a construction career and going for a rigid haul truck ticket, your series is valuable information and helped me set expectations for myself. Thanks for taking to time to produce this.
Fantastic content mate, really good to see and learn from a person who's taken the time to break it down. 10/10
