Last time I went to Dudley Zoo was about 55 years ago, I took my young children and we had a picnic in the grounds of the castle, they also had a ride on an elephant which you can't do these days and saw the chimpanzees tea party something else you can't do now. And legend has it that the Earl of Dudley had his ear cut off because he went into the harem of some prince.
