    The most important reason we fail is our own thoughts, they make us believe that we are worthless, but these thoughts are not true, how we can overcome self sabotaging thoughts is by confronting those thoughts, doing some other minor things which can help us get over this self sabotaging behaviour for good .

    When we have to do something important,it is easy to wake up early, but when we don't have anything we usually can't wake up , I found the perfect solution for that, give structure to the first one hour of the day and this can help you with this problem- use the 20/20/20 principle.

    When we start working on a new habit, at some point we fail. we lose the motivation, we think that new habit is not for us or we cannot go on any further. When you feel the greatest urge to give up, that is when you need to push even harder. why we fail is because we don't understand what it takes to form a new habit. There's just about 100 days left for this year to come to an end, so if you want to start a great year, you need to learn this now.
