Eastbourne | Cinematic Footage 4k
Filmed with a phone and also a drone.
Eastbourne is a resort town on England’s southeast coast. On the seafront are Victorian hotels, the 19th-century Eastbourne Pier and a 1930s bandstand. Towner Art Gallery includes modern British works. Nearby, Redoubt Fortress, built during the Napoleonic Wars, has a military museum. Southwest along the coast, in South Downs National Park, are the tall chalk cliffs of Beachy Head and its striped 1902 lighthouse.

    I was street homeless for 2 years, sleeping in a bin. Didn't drink or do gear. Got told to bugger off cos i was a single male with no dependants. The absolute irony of it was - that thru the months of stress - i developed psychosis, and got sectioned - and that was the only reason the council decided to house me in the end, cos i was now seen as a vulnerable adult. So basically - i had to go off my rocker to be taken seriously. Dont judge the homeless - not everyone is on the smack or booze. Sometimes, life just deals you a crap hand, and you fall thru the safety net that supposed to help you.

    Heart breaking stuff as you can see that there are a lot of good people there who through no fault of their own have ended up on the streets.

    If i was homeless i would make sure that i have got everything with me at all times and sleep behind buildings and in the morning go to the homless day centers for food and a wash and just beg everyday and drink and chill with other homeless people get them a drink and just i guess stick together

      I'd find people I could trust and get together to build a home out in the woods with heat and solar for electric. Bushcraft it. Together you can do more. Believe it or not all homeless are not bad. Just in a bad place. You can all grow food together and live fairly decent. ❤

      There are AA meetings in Britain, no? Even the best doctors fully support AA as it's saved many an alcoholic & is a God given program imo.

      If you have money to buy drugs and alcohol, then you're not really homeless.

    • @PhillipplaistedPlaisted-qu7nc
      @PhillipplaistedPlaisted-qu7nc 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can still buy drug and drink and still be homless because most homless people make money from begging when they ask people for change thats how they can still get money from asking member if public

    • @user-so8hx8mo1e
      @user-so8hx8mo1e 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They spend many thousands of dollars on drugs and alcohol and still claimed they are broke and homeless. This is not about not having money, this is about getting your priority straight. They wouldn't be homeless if they make good decisions about how to spend their money. Put that money on rents and food instead of drugs and alcohol.

      You probably wii never understand about homless people its not just about being homless a lot of those people that often do drink and drugs have had really nasty things that have happened to them from their childhoods thats what often brings some people to addiction

    This should be compulsory viewing for Council staff and councillors scoring cheap political points whilst this misery is on their doorstep. The empty buildings scandal in Luton is a disgrace. Where are the planners and regeneration professionals with their plans centred around people? Imam Ali ibn Abu Talib, the first Imam of the Ahlul Bayt, is well known for his contribution to spiritual thought. Below is an extract from a letter of advice while Caliph, to the Governor of Egypt, Malik Ashtar. Ali ibn Abu Talib wrote: Maintain justice in administration and impose it on your own self and seek the consent of the people, for, the discontent of the masses sterilises the contentment of the privileged few and the discontent of the few loses itself in the contentment of the many. Remember the privileged few will not rally round you in moments of difficulty: they will try to side-track justice, they will ask for more than what they deserve and will show no gratitude for favours done to them. They will feel restive in the face of trials and will offer no regret for their shortcomings. It is the common man who is the strength of the State and Religion. It is he who fights the enemy. So live in close contact with the masses and be mindful of their welfare.

      They should take many of these empty buildings and rent at lower prices just to get these buildings making money plus solving a homeless problem but they don't and they call themselves intelligent. ❤❤❤
