Even though we’re both 31, I’m now dedicating this to my twin sister who is expecting her first baby. A daughter she’ll be naming Hazel Lynn. April 21 2019 can’t come fast enough!!!
In Nashville, she's a Rose, over shadowed by a bunch of Weeds. She's got such a beautiful voice, with lots of feeling. On top of it, she is so gorgeous. She could be a Model.
A friend I've known since she was in 8th grade and I was in 6th grade got pregnant in her senior year of high school. The first time I felt her son kick, it was amazing. Now, she's married to the father and they have two more little boys together. Conner is their oldest, then Aiden and Matthew.
I love this woman. First saw her on CMT when I was in the States on holiday, I have her cds but she really should be more popular than she is. Great videos. Go Gal
that's me and mom a few years back. funny to look back on it now with two kids of my own. it affects me in a whole new way. and thanks for standing up for her, michele. :) love you.
I have listened to Chalee for years, but didn't read her bio until today and I have to say she is an amazing woman. And no she's not a super hero, never saved a life, and has made some bad choices, but the fact that she over came them is what makes her so amazing. I got married at 17 (and no I wasn't pregnant) divorced at 18. Had my oldest daughter 2 weeks before my 20th birthday, got my GED and my CNA while pregnant. Married and divorced again. I'm 26 and have 3 daughters, and 3 degrees.
@jmallton, Chalee has a cd that never came out. I love Chalees' voice. I have her three albums that did come out, and a 5 song sampler called Fan Fest 2005.
what an amazing video. i had the pleasure of meeting her at a music school i taught at in nashville. a dream come true when i got to back her up at the tennesse rivr run . still my favorite singer till this day. wow! a message of hope is a great thing to share in a song she nailed it in this one

This song makes me think of Gilmore Girls and Lorelai Gilmore's relationship with her daughter, Rory. Lorelai had Rory when she was 16 and left her parents at 17. The series ended in 07, unfortunatly.
Beautiful song. I know that she didn't write it but I think that it's a song she easily can relate to. I also wonder if it's her own daughter in the video. Anyone who knows?
Touch of Tammy Wynette in that voice. Love it!

it's how you deal with your choices that really matters. And I've regretted a lot of things, but my children have never been one of them
