After the 7.1 mile run, broken up by Zane's polar plunge, most replenished at the new Big Park Bakery in the Village of Oak Creek. I've done this hike. Pushed my bike to the top. Looked around. Rode it back down. Very fun and scenic! Good job!
I enjoy your videos and commentary. It makes me smile when I see you running.
Bien trabajo Liu.
Amazing trail and running conditions! I would love to have a local running club like that. Great shot of the happiest dog on earth! 19mi.... outstanding!! No wonder you've turned running in the Grand Canyon into "just a nice trail run." Great job!
Great job awesome video. I’m just curious as to what ointment are you using on your feet when you change your socks.?
I applied a small amount of Squirrel Nut Butter to the hot spots, and after switching to a new pair of socks, the situation improved significantly.
The Arch was absolutely stunning great hike 😊
Outstanding cross training for long distance running, especially in the Grand Canyon. Well done!
Loved this Liu, and your outfit is excellent!! You were flying down the South Kaibab to the Black Bridge, and your climb up from the Manzanita (Man-Zan-EEtah) Rest Stop was on fire. Great job on this, and it was so fun to hear you talking along the way. Have you tried the smart wool Injinji Toe Socks yet? I'm wondering if they'd help with the hot spots/blisters, and maybe a shoe like a VivoBareFoot Primus Trail FG? Also, those athletes packing their bikes and the rest of their gear R2R......that is absolute insanity!! EDIT: Subbed!
Crushed it!
You made that look easy. Nice job.
my dad used to say 'we'll get there when we get there' love the video
I met Jason last year while we were doing r2r2r on the same day. I was hiking it and he was running it. I decided that day to try ultrarunning because some of my hikes were just taking too long! It is great to see him finish Moab! Very inspirational.
Hey I remember you from last year! We were chatting at Manzanita, right? Thanks for following along, and for the kind words about Moab!
Fun!
Makes me smile :)
Nicely done! you cleared those pretty well :)
Pretty in the first snow!
You didn't know you would be running here 12 years later!
Totally cool showing the awards ceremony! The end of the video was the best!
Beautiful! I've never seen this route before. Where did you start from?
I parked at a small dirt parking lot near Humane Association. Fox Glenn park is another popular option.
I just noticed this demo is in a plantation.
Sub 24 finish is just mind blowing. Took me just over 36 hours. It’s such a tough course, and that 22 miles back from Washington Park in the heat on Sunday was pretty rough. Congrats to everyone that was out there!!!! Thanks for the footage, it’s always fun to relive those good times!!!
Wow! Awesome job! Is it safe to do this alone? Not scary?
If you know what you are doing and prepared both mentally and physically, it's definitely safe to do it along, and very enjoyable!
@@Flagstaff_Liu Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Boss level doing the route the most difficult way. May I suggest not using music in your videos, and turning up the volume of your voice so we can enjoy your commentary, or just the sound of you running and power hiking?
Thanks for your suggestion. I definitely will make some change in the future videos!
Excellent!! You really hammered that out!
Great job!
Looks like a beautiful day. Great job. 💪
Music is so distracting in your videos. Why not keep it simple?
This is AWESOME Yan! Thank you!
Loved video. You were in grey sweatshirt? LB
beautiful video of the run Yen
I love Fairyland Canyon!
Awesome accomplishment! Makes me want to return to 100s! This one looks exciting!
Cool video! Congratulations on your successful hike. Was the water off at Phantom Ranch?
The water at Phantom is on. I carried 2.5 liter water with me, enough to make all the way up, so no need to stop by there. The "intersection" to the Phantom Ranch was blocked(under construction), but you can detour from the campground as the sign indicate.
@@Flagstaff_Liu Ah, that makes sense. I will be hiking through there in about a week and I am hoping the water will be on and there will be no detours or delays!
I got more vertigo from your video than from the run!
Trail running is the best!
great birthday party Lianne and Liu. The hotpot looks delicious
Great Job Liu. Very well put together.
looks fun. Which routes were you on?
NICE 👍
Great job on this video, Yan!
That's a really cool group of runners right there!
Looks like a lovely place to run. I;ve wanted to go there 4 a while!
This is a fun video! Wish I could give it more than 'one' thumbs-up! Love the punk music you chose for it! Skål!
Thanks a bunch!
keep grinding <3
You have Weird Al Yankovic music in the background!
That's the first time I've seen you with a top rope.
Wow awesome job! This gives us inspiration to try a 100 miler someday!
I was wondering how long before you climbed outside..... great job Liu..... Up Up and Away !!!!!!!
Looks fun sub to your channel. I am just getting into ultramarathon now and I'm really excited.
Great..keep running keep inspiring. Huge respect from India
