I make individual bean cakes Roll disks of short crust pastry .put spoonfuls of filling in the centre and pull edges up to form a ball. Flatten and bake. Filling : Red kidney beans, sugar,cinnamon blended to a pulp. Nobody could guess whats inside these tasty cakes.❤
