@ampersand6375 A lot of people can't at first. The point of the complicated shuffle is to get people to learn how to follow procedure. Most houses shuffle procedure either doesn't exist because of the machines or it is extremely simplistic. The thought process here is this: if they can learn this shuffle, any shuffle out there will be simple. Saying people can't do a complicated shuffle because they can't count to 21 is a very narrow-minded view of the capability of others.

Sorry that it's confusing. This channel teaches students how to deal. Not how to play as explained at the bottom of the viDeodorant where it says, "Free Online Dealer Training". The video is meant to show snippets of the full course that can be seen on the channel. The video is discussing "dealer-hand rules". Meaning, the rules that the dealer has to follow when deciding to take another card and when to stop taking cards. Knowing the difference between soft hands and hard hands is crucial. Hope this clears things up.
