A poet and a comedian both with Multiple Sclerosis meet to chat, life, escapades and the funny side of their chronic illness.
And they laugh. A lot.

Lytisha has had her aunty visiting who has the TV LOUD, Jeanette has been on holiday overeating to the point of illness.
Add in Covid Jabs, Performances in The National Justice Museum, home improvements, cycling, Improv festivals, and then the brain fog happens!

We reflect on our Shift MS Instagram takeover and things we have lost. Jobs, memory, balance.and things that been lost and have returned; legs, vision, taste. And Jeanette's sadness at the loss, return and recent re-loss of her sentimental J necklace. Also, Lytisha has been dating. And exercising. Jeanette has been showing off about exercising and receiving exercise advice. We exercise.

It's been a while and we've lost the plot! We welcome @shiftms8581 as we are doing their Instagram stories weekend takeover and we discuss losing things: memory, stuff and the plot. There are so many other things we don't get to, so this might be a two-parter! We also catch up and talk house renovations, comedy shows and camping. Oh yeah, and Lytisha had a man under her floorboards..!

We've got a poorly cat, so we bought him a pram. Lytisha has been looking at houses and comes to the conclusion that 'you can't move the sun'. She's also been performing at festivals like a total rock star.
