Health economics
Health economics is concerned with issues relating to the allocation of scarce resources to improve health. It therefore means that with accurate information, the society can choose to do things, such as utilize health services that will take full advantage of their utility given the limited resources they have at their disposal.

Population will never hit 11 billion. Only a dozen countries have super replacement fertility levels and they are nearly all in Sub Saharan Africa. Population of US has stopped growing and Europe is shrinking now. Overpopulation is a myth.

Extremely informative lecture/ Presentation to me as a practitioner in health systems space.
There are arguments out there that the global population decline model has already begun and is further along than suggested here. Germany and Japan demographics are examples.
