I've been trying for so long to find something they had on either MTV or VH1 in 1990. Pretty sure it was MTV. It was a countdown of videos, but it was hosted by a cartoon character. It was a large guy with a blue shirt and orange hair. He would talk between the videos. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I haven't been able to find it anywhere and I'm starting to wonder if I imagined it.
