I'm always confused when someone takes off all the wires at the same time. Why wouldn't you just take one wire at a time and replace it? It's so much easier then trying to keep track of what the hell's going on. Wow don't get it.

The glass might be sticking to the side vertical tracks, the rubbers on the tracks go bad and dry and grab the glass. Happened to me.

Would've actually helped if you showed how to remove the bumper bar without a skip to shiw what to do without damages

Did you check the solenoid plunger contact, or the brushes to see if replacing them would have cured your problem first?

I'd like your opinion. My neighbor has a 2016 Charger with a Hemi. Looks pretty similar to this Challenger if not exactly the same. This engine wiring harness was fried somehow and the starter. Dealer charged him $484 for starter, $860 for the wiring harness. The labor was $1969. I've done lots of work on cars but not this in particular. Does that labor seem way too much for removing and replacing this wiring harness and the starter? The Dodge service manager told me they charge $179/hr for labor. So, $1969 divided by $179 = 11 hours. Your thoughts? 11 hours seems extremely high to me to remove and replace the starter and this harness.

My pinion gear on my 2000 Ultra seems to go out too far and disengages from that ring with the teeth on the inside that you pushed back into the primary when you installed the pinion gear. What is the problem there?

This actually helped me with an issue im having on my ram. I put new tires on it and now it vibrates and the tires where balanced. I didnt get an alignment after I did my 2/4 drop so im gonna jack it up and see if I have any play in the wheel. Thanks

That front suspension is the same design as my 2002 Ranger, but let me tell you, those bushings did not easily slide over the shaft (control arm pin)! I was able to re-use one shaft and I ended up having to drill the bushing out a little to finally get the shaft through it. On the other side, the bolt broke off in the shaft while removing it and I had to buy a new shaft like what you had but the bushing was still a very tight fit. I don't know if you purchased those as a kit but I had to purchase my parts separately. I learned a lesson that re-using the old pitted pins aren't worth it, just replace it all as you did. I have video of the repair but just never set-up a TH-cam channel. Editing is a pain!

How do I know if mine needs the bushing spacers? It’s a 2006 magnum 330.

Beautiful car man, is that paint original? sure looks nice,glad you got rid of that old cobbled up exhaust stuff,Ive had dumps on my 91 since the mid 90s, Flowmasters of course but they have degraded and sound awful, i got my moneys worth though,lol, i just ordered some new ones yesterday just like yours, what i like about these is that if you wanna add pipes at a later day you can (provided you dont weld the turndowns) and i might do that, i ended up installing a 347 and these things are obnoxious louder than stock,probably the cam so it might end up getting pipes added later on, ill see how these new dumps sound first.

Hi sparky ima a challenger owner same year everything just a 6.1 srt8 recently my wire I g harness went bad and had a couple questions if you could answer them please I’ve been having trouble trying to figure it out I believe from what I just saw in this video its the body harness not the engine but I’m not sure could you reach back out to me please man it’s been down for 3weeks now driving me crazy
