This is dumb 3 bed 2 bath in Clairmont for 1.2😂😂😂😂😂I live in east lake CV 2244 sq ft hone with beautiful clear view of mount Mount Miquel in the back and Otay mountains in front. 4 bed and 3 bath georgeous well kept yard with no weeds in the front. This will never sell for this. My house is valued at 1.3 and it’s overpriced
