@@shankarganesh2775 Hello... You can fit this carburetor in an RX100 but the bike won't run properly. The fuelling will be too much for a stock RX100 and the bike will flutter at various rpms. The best option is to import an RXS/RX115 carburetor. It is still manufactured by Yamaha Thailand. You can fix it on an RX100 and do proper jetting so the bike will run properly.

@@bosegarage dear sir i also own a qualis gs 2002 model like this one and facing black smoke issue i changed the air filter brand new also changed the diesel filter both primary and secondary change the glow plugs and serviced with new engine oil and oil filter clean the silencer but then also there is heavy black smoke after half accelator

@@shashankdubey4703 Please get the fuel injection pump and fuel nozzles checked and calibrated. Check and adjust the valve tappet clearance.

@@AnveshSinghThapa This cylinder kit is suitable for RX135, RXG and RXZ and not for RX100. For RX100 you can try to source RXS/RX115 kit which is available in Indonesia and Thailand. Original is no longer in production though.

Hello brother. It is better to search for used original hubs. The aftermarket ones available in the market are not so good quality. Earlier DIWAN brand of aftermarket hubs were available which was considered good. Not sure if they are available anymore.

Hello, 1. Check near the Primary and secondary butterfly valve shaft on the carburetor. If you see a brown discoloration that means fuel is evaporating though that area. You will need to dismantle the carb and replace the seal/ oring. 2. Check all your fuel hoses for cracks. 3. Drop down your fuel tank and replace all the hoses on top of the tank. There is a fuel vapor separator mounted on top of the tank. Check if it is cracked.

Does your car have a Catalytic converter exhaust. Then you may consider cleaning the cat con as well. It gets clogged over a period of time.

@@bosegarage yes brother I just tuned the engine again and checked for any leakages but there was no any leakages. Now I drove the car and checked the mileage it was arround 12 kmpl and the car tyres are also worn out, here the mechanic also disappointed me like this is the old car and the carb model is not good compared to mpfi, I think he is a noob and doesn't even know anything about this car here in Bangalore. I think due to some carbon deposit in cat conv and the worn tyres are the reason for this, tell me what to do with catalytic converter plz
