My brother and I have a new startup that we are about to launch, but none of us come from a tech world meaning this is basically our first real startup. Besides the business we run together. So I really don’t know what to put on there other than I’m a pilot and he’s studying computer science, and that we are business owners. To make it attractive to investors. What are your opinions? Btw, I am sad to bring this up, but heart disease (including young people) has gone up a lot and there has been excess mortality across the West, since 2020, especially 2021/22. Hello Ed i have the best idea for startups that is related to my region's hostory and culture. it's something that doesn't exist in the market. and i need help from someone with experience. i have no money but it's my dream. can you help me !! i need guidance.

This is more or less exactly what happened to me. Background IP should be separated from side-ground and postground IP. Zero-in, zero out and vice versa. They did a campaign smearing on you. Same that happened to me a few weeks ago (6 yrs out window!). I worked w a guy who claimed to be an investor and acted like one. He wasn’t. It became clear that the individual wanted 5 and 10k per month to raise the money, adter a year orf me working for this guy full time for free. 1 year student loan to survive out window. Then he wanted my most loyal confounder and myself to go below 50% before even having a shareholder agreement, nda and founder protection agreement in place.
