มุมมอง 34211 หลายเดือนก่อน

For this exercise one picks a root note and then one practices several scales based on the note. Dan Tepfer told me that he...
Lovely arrangement! I especially enjoyed the counterpoint between the Viola and heckelphone.
@@CWBella Thanks very much, Chela!
That was really nice.
Beautiful solo lines, Holger! And thank you for introducing the Heckelphone to me; what a lovely sound.
Thanks, Chela, for listening!
Great LH voicings and comping; digging your lines and punchy rhythms. Well done!
Do you have piano sheet for this?❤
Thanks very much for your interest. Yes, here is the leadsheet on musescore: musescore.com/user/32855327/scores/16137055
Beautiful, Holger!
👏👏👏🙏
Nice job, buddy
Nice! Love the swinging octave lines in your solo!
Thanks very much!
Really cool video Holger. Sounds simple but turns out really engaging & tricky - great for the brain and fingers, well done 👍🏽
Thanks very much, Tom! I am glad you like it. As I said I use the exercise for warmup almost daily. And you can invent a lot of variations - such as playing this over various scale patterns. Or jumping back and forth between different subdivisions.
You are good teacher
sweet Holger!
Really nice!
Thank you for your beautiful music Happy New Year😊
Thanks very much! I am very happy that you like it!
