Here is a really great product I'd like to mention for water treatment for long term survival. It's called the H2O GO GLOBAL and it runs off of table salt. It produces the same chemicals that your tap water is treated with and can be used to treat thousands of gallons of water over the lifetime of it's battery. It's also USB and solar chargeable. Trial run last winter - snowed in 10 days. Power out 16 hrs. Propane heat & stove. Solar battery charger. Water in used jugs in ALL closets. Canned & dry food. Just didn’t open fridge or freezer and stuff was still good. Didn’t trust the milk so boiled it & added vinegar & made farmer cheese. The only thing I’d change is to get paper plates, cups, utensils to use & burn later vs washing dishes.
