im sick of the people who dont like this song simply because they dont understand it. so they both intended to cheat on each other, so what? its not like genocide or anything... and the song would be a little messed up if the add hadnt been put out by his wife wouldnt it? some people are so foolish. they just live in their own little worlds and never think about anyone else. do they choose not to understand? possibly. quite possibly. point is the songs not about cheating. cheating may be part of the story but thats not the main focus of the song. the song is actually about getting to know your mate before ditching them. and if thats not noble enough for those uptight self-righteous snobs who are apparently above even the idea cheating then there's really no point getting to know anyone is there? ill put it simply: if the simple mention of cheating, not even in a pro-cheating way, is too much for your puny little mind to handle then you have no business loving anyone.
