If you are check this out: *Paul Blart Returns* - the 2nd Paul Blart movie that really should’ve been is something that you would’ve enjoyed the most. Still an action comedy but the tone/atmosphere is entirely different as it’s like a proper stress/anxiety riddling thriller for a non-stop emotional and scary rollercoaster ride for our heroic Segway-driving “mall cop”. Can see it in 16:9/widescreen format. Taking place 8-10 years after Paul Blart: Mall Cop, despite turning it down in the previous movie Paul Blart is now a New Jersey state trooper and is doing a good job doing it. Since he’s not the security guard in the West Orange Pavilion Mall it makes sense why it’s not called “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2”. Returning in this sequel film are wig kiosk vendor Amy/Mrs Paul Blart, Blart’s daughter Maya, Mama Blart, shopping mall chief Brooks, police captain Howard (he’s not sergeant anymore), Vijay the mobile phone vendor, Pahud “the stalker”, Stuart the cowardly disgraced pen salesman, Leon the hot sauce manufacturer and Mr Ferguson the arcade owner. So the story is Paul Blart as he’s focused on his job “guarding the state lines” he is struggling with being a husband to Amy, being a dad to Maya who is getting ready to go to college abroad soon and he is trying to make as much good memories as possible with his mum (Maya’s grandma and Amy’s-mother-in-law) Mama Blart as she has terminal cancer. So the first 30 mins is just a day or two in the life of Paul Blart and then KABOOOOOMMM!!! A bomb goes off and there’s panic in the streets of New Jersey (parodying Panic in London by the Smiths). Blart then gets a phone call unexpectedly and it’s the bomber who has planted more bombs in different New Jersey towns/villages one will go off every hour until midnight. Due to his experience with taking down the “Santa’s Reindeer gang”, Blart is no stranger in a race against time as he is off to save the day with assistance of captain Howard and Pahud in helping him find the bombs and bombers. Keep in mind that he won’t be using his Segway all the time, as he would be using a motorbike, BMX, a truck and one part he would take Stuart’s Camaro and drive in it until it gets destroyed (hahahaha) That’s all I’ve to say, if you want a full article about it I’ll have it on Reddit soon, I’ll have this comment updated when I’ve got it. All I can add is if Paul Blart Returns has a follow-up/a 3rd movie it would follow Blart as member of security detail for US President and his/her family in what I’d like to call *Paul Blart: Absolution* . If that were to happen, a crossover with Israeli hairdresser and ex-commando Zohan Dvir (from You Don’t Mess With the Zohan) titled *Zohan vs Blart* would also have been a big thing. Imagine that: an action comedy film series circulating on a John McClane/Sam Fisher wannabe would’ve easily give Happy Madison Productions a whole run for the money (not sorry Musk, not even sorry to you Bezos!)

The Reggie actor was truly mortified because Will & Martin had a fake argument before this scene, just to get him in this state

It's no surprise that this ranks among the most popular Christmas movies of all time....and rightly so.

Schindler's List is a beautiful film, but it wrecks you and you really don't feel like watching it again. IAWL is one that you CAN watch over and over.

the sad part about this movie is the fact that Potter’s vision for america is the one that has taken hold and the Bailey’s view of america has been vilified. now, america looks like Pottersville from sea to shining sea. one man helping the community is called “communism” and the society coming together to help their fellow man is called “socialism”. while Potter financially capitalizing off of the needs & struggles of his fellow man is celebrated as the “american way”. sad, we could’ve been so much better.

The snow in this movie was made with a substance called foamite, which is the stuff found in fire extinguishers, mixed with sugar and water. Before this movie, snow was made of corn flakes painted white, but they made too much noise when people walked on them so if there was any dialog, it had to be recorded after the scene was filmed and edited in. Frank Capra wanted to film the scene and have the dialog recorded at the same time so they came up with this new formula. By the way, the movie was actually filmed during a Summer heat wave.

Bedford Falls reminds me of my hometown in Binghamton NY where i grew up in the fifties and early sixties. I attended the same school as Rod Serling. The never born sequence reminded me of a Twilight zone type of movie. It's a wonderful life is my favorite Christmas movie.

This movie back then was so sad for everyone who go to watch this movie had already watch the show so seeing the death of optimus and many others was so sad that some people leave the movie crying
