We spent 2 days travelling over 750km of the Great Ocean Road! The views were incredible and we saw some amazing wildlife too. We absolutely loved this and would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering doing it, it was so freeing being able to drive it ourselves and stop whenever and wherever we wanted! We hope you enjoy another silly vlog!🛣️

We walked the entire Albert Park track which was soo much fun and was something I never thought I’d be able to do! Standing on the podium was definitely a highlight🏁 Then we rode the Puffing Billy railway, such a cool and different experience and we loved our walks around the lakeside🚂 Going to St Kilda was a highlight of places we’ve visited within Melbourne, it was so lovely sitting in the wa...

Come with us to Melbourne and the Australian Open 2025! We had such an amazing time at the tennis and it made the 12hr coach journey worth it (I think)😂We also did some exploring around the city and visited some cool places! Enjoy 😁

    LMAO "It's a pretty cool little event". The Australian Open precinct is bigger than Nailsworth! 🤣🤣👍👍

    • @artistjoh
      @artistjoh 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Looks like there were more people at the Australian Open that day than live in Nailsworth. It must get crazy there on the days of the quarters, semi-finals, and finals. Their three maqin arenas with retractable roofs seat around 33,000 people, another 11,000 seats in the three smaller open air arenas (you were in one of them). They have a total of 35 courts there, including practice courts, and then there is all the action in the open areas around the precinct. A lot of action, and a lot of people. During the finals and the big matches leading up to the finals the overflow people are outside watching on big outdoor screens. Just like the formula 1, and the big cricket and AFL matches at the MCG, it is amazing how many people fly into Melbourne for their big international sporting events. I noticed at one of your matches a group of people with a huge Union Jack. More escapees from the UK winter. I like those smaller courts. You can get much closer to the players, but of course you rarely see them on TV. Television likes the bigger stadiums.

    Just a tip: don’t turn your back on the waves until the last second if you must turn at all. Those waves at Manly surf beach were tiny so it didn’t matter much on the day but with larger ones you could be caught unawares by either another surfer coming in on a wave or the by wave itself knocking you over.
