My Sugar Free Life Is So Sweet

Welcome to my sugar-free baking channel! When I say sugar-free, I mean no added refined sugar. Or at least minimum added refined sugar: avoiding it, and substituting it with better choices. I understand that fruits, dates, and honey contain natural sugars, but here, we focus on eliminating the use of processed white sugar in our recipes. In my recipes, I use healthy nutritious ingredients and natural colors. Let's explore delicious and guilt-free treats together.
My goal with this channel is to show you that healthy cooking and baking can be both easy and delicious. Recipes don't have to be complicated. Once you realize that many dishes can be prepared easily at home, your taste buds will improve, and you'll prefer homemade over store-bought or restaurant-made meals.

Healthy Apple Cinnamon Frittata, An Ultimate Fall Recipe
Healthy Apple Cinnamon Frittata
If you love apple pie, if fall reminds you of a good apple cinnamon cake, but you also want to stay healthy, this apple frittata recipe is just for you.
You will need:
3 to 4 apples (360 g when peeled and cored)
2 eggs
200 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon (a little bit more if you love cinnamon like me)
8 g coconut blossom sugar
8 g butter
30 g raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract
A baking tin of 20 cm
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the eggs, yogurt, cinnamon, raisins, and vanilla extract well. Set aside.
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into thin slices. Dust a bit more cinnamon on the apples if you wish, and give them a good massage to evenly coat them.
Mix the apples with the egg mixture.
Line the baking tin with parchment paper and transfer the batter into the tin. Press the apples together firmly. Then, dust the top of the apples with coconut blossom sugar and top it off with small pieces of butter.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
And there you have it! Fall in love with fall and its amazing flavors.

The raisins give more of the sweetness. You can make the Gelato without them, or add one extra tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Enjoy🥰
