There's no such action as "create a calendar for synchronization". As described in the video, iCal links of your external accommodations can be added to your website accommodations under the Dashboard > Bookings > Sync Calendars. Here you also get your website's iCal links so you can add them to your external accommodations (done on the side of each OTA or external calendar).

Hello there! Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin. Most of the time this issue means that you didn't complete the plugin configuration. So in this case, make sure you have at least one valid season under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons that covers the period you need. Then, make sure you have a rate per each accommodation type you have under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Rates where your season(s) is added. This allows you to set nightly seasonal prices for each particular accommodation type. Lastly, make sure your accommodation type has at least one accommodation (room/unit) each because that's an accommodation that gets booked by your website visitors, not an entire property/accommodation type. As for the plugin payments, well, it doesn't require a WooCommerce Payments add-on because the plugin comes with a few built-in payment gateways like these: motopress.com/documentation/wordpress/plugins/hotel-booking/hotel-booking-payment-gateways/. However, Square is not one of them so if it's crucial to your business, the WooCommerce Payments add-on would be necessary so you can connect Square to our Hotel Booking plugin.

In the meantime, you can use this video tutorial to create custom templates for your accommodation-type pages and apply some custom styles (CSS) to change how your default buttons or the search availability form look.

Elementor has a lion share in website builder. As a WordPress dev with close to 5yrs of professional experience having your booking system integrate entirely with Elementor will be more productive for custom designs. At the moment the plugin isn't flexible for Elementor and other page builder.

First, we would like to inform you that our Hotel Booking plugin doesn't provide any default styles or design, it inherits everything from an active theme. So it may be necessary to apply some custom styles to make all plugin sections and forms look beautiful on the theme that hasn't been designed for the plugin. Albatross is the theme we designed specifically for our plugin, so we know that all our plugin's forms and other sections will look beautiful on it. However, we can't say the same about the Astra theme. At the end of the day, the choice of a theme for your website is in your hands. As for your question about templates, we're not sure what you mean by that and which accommodation part of WordPress you're referring to. So may we ask you to specify this question, please? However, if you need to add iCal links from your external calendars/OTAs to your website, this process is not covered in the video. In that case, you will need to refer to the documentation or contact the support team of the specific OTA if you're not sure where to find the iCal links for your calendars.

However, our developers are currently working on this feature, and we expect to release it soon. In the meantime, the "multi-booking" option that the plugin currently has allows your website visitors to book more than one service in a single booking. But that's it.

So in this case, we may only recommend you use CSS to hide it from your website and also modify your email templates to remove prices from your booking confirmation and other emails.

Please be informed that all the email templates our Appointment Booking plugin uses are edited in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Emails tab. {reservations_details} is a temple part that can be customized separately for a website admin and customers under the "Temple Parts" section on this page.

However, we're not sure we understand which integration between our Multi-Currency add-on for our Hotel Booking plugin and the WooCommerce plugin you're referring to. The add-on was designed to enable the Hotel Booking plugin to display accommodation-type prices in different currencies. This allows website visitors to understand the cost of their bookings in their own currency. So it has nothing to do with our WooCommerce Payments add-on or the WooCommerce plugin itself.

When setting up iCalendar sync for our Hotel Booking plugin for the first time, it won't import past bookings with check-in dates that occurred before the synchronization was configured. Any existing bookings made for past dates won't be imported initially. However, this will no longer be an issue once the synchronization is in place, as there won't be any more "past" bookings to import. If you encountered missing bookings as a result of this, we recommend adding them manually.

By default, our plugin works with events and employees where each employee should have his own calendar/schedule. In theory, you may connect each workshop to a different employee which will allow you to have different calendars/schedules for each workshop. And of course, they may have their own prices.
