Yummy Homemade kefir Whey Soda
Soda and healthy DO NOT go together! But yes, you can make a healthy carbonated drink that taste amazing and does you a lot of good!
Here is how I make my milk kefir soda! Once you seperate the whey, there is so much you can do with it and this is one of my best ever recipes!
If you do not have kefir, you can get whey from natural store bought yogurt! Just make sure it has live culture. All you need to do is separate the when and the yogurt. You get to enjoy Greek Yogurt and make your own homemade soda!

    I am so excited to try this. I bought, at the same time, milk kefir grains, and water kefir grains. I too like to drain the excess whey from my kefir. If I like the sodas made with the whey I won’t need to also have a water kefir going.

    That looks so refreshing! I made something delicious with Kefir whey and I'm so happy to have an opportunity to write about it. I made a quart of sugar free apple butter. After it cooled I added some kefir whey thinking it might help preserve it. It developed a fizziness that makes it so delicious. I like it much more than plain apple butter.

What kinds of juice does he make and is he very sanitary. Why do you like his juicesxso much? Does he make them himself or does he just delivery. I assumed he is the one making them.     I noticed that after adding your milk into your kefir grains you closed the lid tightly…I thought you don’t need to seal it instead just cover it lightly or cover it with just a cloth.

      I tried kefir with raw milk and it had an awful taste. Do you do anything special? I tossed the first 4 into the compost giving the grains time to acclimate to the raw milk and it seemed to just get worse and worse. The smell was spot on but the taste was just horrid.

    Take that yogurt and put an orange peel in in and do a second fermentation, and it is delightful, and it even has more health benefits❤

    Hi, I like your videos! If you want to save the most of money doing reduction cooking like in this video you should use a Crock Pot! They are only 3-5 cents an hour of cooking, so you will be doing the whole reduction for less than 15 cents... or maybe less. Also the thick big ceramic container of Crock Pot will retain the heat much better than aluminum after the heat is turned off :)
