In an impressive achievement for Islamabad’s infrastructure development, CDA has completed the F-8 Jinnah Avenue underpass in a record time of just 42 days, far ahead of its initial 100-day target. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the underpass on December 24, 2024, marking a major step in easing traffic congestion at this busy junction. Developed by MAAKSONS in collaboration with CDA and NESPAK, the project aims to significantly improve traffic flow at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Jinnah Avenue. During the inauguration, the Prime Minister praised the CDA team, Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi, and the contractors for their tireless efforts, urging similar progress for other ongoing projects.
