@@IndianspicesinUSAis it filling? I think the only protein is in the rice? Would you eat this as a whole meal, or with something else? It's so nice to see all the spices fried off first and the tomato. I don't make many dishes like this as I have become too afraid of carbs. Probably silly!
@KateLate____ yes you can have it as breakfast or as lunch or even for dinner You can serve with Raita or yogurt salad
Attached long video You can check if your time permits For Raita Add 2 tsp each grated carrot Chopped cucumber Chopped onion Chopped tomato Coriander leaves 1 green chilli or 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cumin powder Salt for taste This you can add for 4-5 tsp of yogurt or curd It’s just like yogurt salad
