Great Video my friend and very pretty belt you got there! I have a question, you mentioned you did restone from Richard Simpson. Im thinking of letting him restone my belt. (im in Europe Switzerland). Was it easy to ship and what retun in time did you get? I cant find anything to contact him. Did you just order and then there will be a step by step "Tutorial" on where to ship it, etc? Cause his website is kinda simple. Thanks alot and wishing you a great day!

Beautiful belt! This is by far my favorite version of the Big Eagle. This thing was a victim of poor timing in my opinion. It was a bizarre choice to introduce it with the block logo in 1998, when the branding was quickly transitioning to the scratch logo. It would have made way more sense for this belt to debut in say 1992 or somewhere thereabouts. This belt was also around when wrestlers were much rougher on belts, and unlike today where multiple back ups are always on standby, you had one belt back then and that was it. If it were introduced today it would have lasted much longer I feel. The dark blue strap suits it so much better than black does. I love your thorough look overs! Much appreciated!

I was a big Thudercats fan and have the sword of omens hanging in my man cave. When I first saw the title of this video I thought, oh brother, another custom belt. But after watching this, just wow! Paul is a master. That is a beauty. You need to leave that to someone in ur will. A definite work of art.

Great video and comparison. NAWAZ just finished my NWA T.V. and NWA U.S. titles. I'm just waiting on them to be delivered. My next two belts from him that I want is the WCW U.S. 5 plate (dual plated) and the WWF Tag Team (dual plated). Seems most prefer the 3 plate version over the 5 plate version, but I like the 5 plate. One thing I'm not a fan of on the 5 plate is that the U.S. flag only has red stripes. I realize the gold is supposed to represent the white stripes but it just doesn't look right to me, so when I get mine made I'll have red and white stripes.

That's very creative work by Paul Martin. All this time I thought he did just leather straps. I didn't realize he did the plating as well. I really love the "3D effect" on the characters (i.e. Tygra's arm reaching out). Really great detail. Thundercats was a cool cartoon. For some reason I never owned any of the toys yet I loved the cartoon. What's next? Voltron? Transformers? He-Man?

That restone job is done very well. I'm currently restoning my Network Logo title and although it looks good it's not immaculate like Gorilla Gems did.

I love this design. I prefer the all gold Reggie variants but the dual plated and even all silver versions are still gorgeous. Honestly the general design is my second favorite belt period, second only to the Winged Eagle.

Always liked the 5 plate belt more. If only because I think most 3 plate belts look kinda empty without the two extra side plates that Reggie preferred to use for most of the belts he designed. It's part of the reason I prefer the Winged Eagle to the Big Gold. Great video!

I always thought that the 5 plate and 3 plate were the same apart from the 3 plate having a bigger main plate, very interesting and a nice little piece of trivia.

Both belts are not actually good quality. So many inconsistencies and flaws.

Doing again next year? Presuming the company is still going. After giving away all these tickets for FREE just to fill wembley 😂😂
