hi please help! When I became a pro user I was so delighted with the imagery that was produced, but in the last few weeks the app is seriously under par and essentially not working anywhere near to its previous capacity. To give you an idea: Previously I would give the prompt like 1970s fashion magazine cover with 1970s hairstyles yellow white… and Photoroom would generate incredible examples (would attach pics if I could) Giving the same prompts recently the quality of the examples given are significantly diminished with the colours muted and images blurred and not emulating the given prompts in any acceptable way. It’s as if the AI isn’t understanding what a magazine cover is, or 1970s hairstyles etc when it did in previous interactions. I have dumped and reinstalled the app a few times and nothing is bringing it back to the way it was working before. PLEASE HELP! Please bring it back to me the way it used to work!!!!! I am not finding a way to contact Photoroom through the app. It’s not giving me an option to talk to someone even when I choose this option and so I am emailing you. The app is broken or sick… Kind regards Amanda Brady

I love photoroom!!! My sales are elevated after used photoroom on my pictures, other level. Good photos=more sales. Question, i need the same thing with short videos for products too, Pothoroom have it?

The option to create my own background does not exist on my screen anywhere. Why??
it's called 'AI backgrounds' you should be able to find it in top right corner of your screen when you open Photoroom :)
@@Photoroom it’s not there. There’s a tab for Instant Backgrounds but nothing anywhere that gives me the options to create my own. Is there an email I can contact you at to get further help?
