funny how most people here still think this is old shotgun, this rework made it the best and the most broken style in the game, it's basically hammer, choros, wolf and hitman combined without the downsides, it's easy to hit the second mode and they become extremely passive and dash back to activate the boost, and now except for 80% of the game to be shotgun users for the next week, cuz if they don't nerf it, 95% straight away

Pretty balanced if you ask me, for starters you have to time the slider to even get the buff and the double barrage and even then, you can back dash out of the double barrage since there’s a sound cue for whenever the enemy is doing the slider minigame

Its balanced. At most, it's just barely on the higher side. But not something that can't be dealt with by playing thoughtfully and some well placed counters.

At most, I'd say the double barrage needs a damaged Nerf with block damage untouched. not a crazy one because it does take time to set up and can be back dashed if timed right, but they should reduce it by like 15% - 20% of what it is now just because it is almost unavoidable damage and at the moment it does like 20% if their block is low so lower that to like a more reasonable 10-14%
