Even though we always feel safe here, gated communities also exist, where the enhanced security enables our Snowbird community (& anyone who travels) to close their door & enjoy their time in another part of the world with total peace of mind. As for the price of this property, another home in Arroyo Alto recently sold for $879,000 USD ... it is smaller and lacks all of the brand new architectural & design features of this one.
