No red mark , but I remember a little dizzy lol. Me and 2 more friends kept adding more and more weight till we maxed out . Started at 315 and kept adding plates 😆

This would be approximately a captains of crush 2.7 if there was one - . Haven't touched grippers for many months so this is great to clutch this all of a sudden- all the other training is carrying over well ✌️

Yeah everyone there was making these miniature art stone towers , however I took it up a notch and made the biggest one 😂 ever there. I had to break mines before leaving as it was too dangerous for the public.- Aruba
Not only can you swim in the ocean you can also lift boulders 😂 Train anywhere - take care - stone likely 230lbs minimum and not more than 300 - very hard to Guage as it's lighter in the water and goes back to surface weight above water . It felt like 200lbs on the laps and felt like 250lb+ shoulder, note careful with any potential poisonous creatures roaming around etc

It looks like the Temu gold has a curve to the spring like the Silarukov. Does it come like that, or does it have to be broken in?
It comes stiff without any deformation, however it's Chinese steel so it deformed and developed an easier start too after the first few closes, it was rated at 226lbs new however now after so many closes it's at around 206lbs or so with an easy start hard end . Similar to silurakov and Movemint.
@@Chaosworkout Oh, I didn't realize the Silarukov got that way from being deformed. I thought they were produced that way from the start. It's too bad Itta Haoying seems to be having trouble keeping their twisters in stock at the moment. I hope they aren't going out of business.

@Hybridsayian They've stopped selling them altogether on Amazon Canada. They still have some on Amazon USA, but Gold, Max Only, and Red are all missing certain weight levels from what I can see. Do you get yours from Amazon USA? Are they all fully stocked for you on there?

*Lol, you'd think that something of that size and weight to it, you'd have very good control and could lift it up without any issue, like lifting up a feather or sum ?! 😅 Of course it'd be real hard to do that, you'd have to have some really great strength and stability for you to execute that and that's exactly what he was doing there.. And as he pretty much had it in him what it took to get this all done, so it'd be normal that you'd see him struggle at it but eventually would get it done.. So my point is, the guy had it in him to do that, he wasn't some kinda fragile weak kinda guy who would've put himself at risk doing that and end up hurting himself yeahh, he was perfectly fit for doing that, even so you could also see him do all kinda stunts there, pulls up and even got on top and over the bar there, twice, just to show how powerful he really was and how easy it was for him for doing such a thing..* 🤗
