I played this game for 500 hours now And I have never tried magic build But with the right magic build you can make the most fun fights in the game

Play how you want. If you think summons should not be used then why don't you play with the talisman that you can take less damag.Summon the weakest summon on every enemy to make the enemys HARDER if the game is too easy for you!!!

Some of the most fun i had in the game was with pure castor builds. Strength builds get fucking boring after the 15th playthrough
Disagree. I did castor as my first play through. I’m better now so I took the training wheels off but Iv had the same amount of fun with different builds n I just did a run through where I only parry bosses. To each their own
“Look at my overpowered build” meanwhile he has 99 int on ng. Try this exact “build” in ng+7 and see how well it holds up

As a person who has played all the builds of this Game, str is more borring cus the bonk play style,
@@MaxHorizonPrime bonk at least requires you to dance with the boss a little bit. Mage playstyle revolves around spamming spells from a mile away and occasionally rolling.
@ashapanjo it depends on the boss, if it can reach you fast You can't spam spells, (like the half of the Game), tha bonk just jump r2 jump r2, and the boss staggers, crit and repeat... to me at least is easier the bonk style, cus normaly You can tank and deal alot more dmg than any caster, My last build i used the cresent moon axe, it lit DESTROYS every bos within 4-5 atqs... Thats not very funny... (The caster atleast can Kamehameha the other half of the Game XD)

Pure caster is actually a ton of fun. My go to is collosal swords/str faith, but shaking it up and trying new builds is the point of the game my guy

Night Comet is a nice touch, but terra magicka doesn't seem worthwhile if it's only going to be used once then dropped. I usually use Carian Piercer on her as she will 100% walk into a fully charged one without dodging and gives space to follow up with Carian Grandeur. Keeping a shield with Carian Retaliation also works, but you gotta be on point with the parries.

Nice build dude, looks fun. I played through the entire game with a pure strength build, with greatsword. Never used any spells, ever. I think in my next playthrough I'm gonna use some magic-based build.
