I found a solution and it s working , I use that for spark plug it is ( Dielectric grease ) for car tune up , you put just a little bit on the battery contact and it s working, it is just a bad contact between the battery and the osmo pins in the bottom , put just a very fine layer on the battery contact

press and hold the battery into the osmo...at the same time you turn on the osmo

Move the battery until it turns red inside the charger, was my solution.

This happened to me too !

This happened to me. In fact it turned out that one of the charger pins at the bottom was broke and so I couldn't play with the Osmo. Check if all the pins are the same. The end one for me was snapped in half and wasn't connected but when charging it was green so thought it was working until the battery went dead on me.

This happened to me just today! Try turning it on again. Then press down all the 3 buttons at the same time for around 5-10 seconds or until the lights turn back on! :)

They killed it in a very bad way.
