Hi, thanks for the tip. It's one I usually follow, but was trying early shifting to beat them into gear, then I'm already in gear when they shift and I get a jump then rev out the next gear. Just exploring👍🙂It doesn't work on the Porsche or Sauber though, the power drop off letting them rev out is massive!

@ I don’t know what happened earlier in the race, but you divebombed every single corner, wait with the overtake, till you can do it at least somewhat cleanly.

@@luckythewonderdog8169 My moves were clean, and calculated. There was no contact unless he moved under braking, I hit the apex every time. Why should I be clean to someone that won't leave racing room? T1 kicked it off and you can watch the whole race, but okay, I get your point.

Thanks bud, the Beetle is fun, but very twitchy, like the Supra. They're pretty short wheelbase cars, and it helps them turn, but they want to kill you all the time🤣 Hard tyres really don't help. It's a grip car track this, so 2020 AMG, BMW M6, 2018 GTR are very fast here. Good Luck👍

Thanks man😁👍, I have no idea how these guys drive at +5, even with stability on and counter steer assist I would be all over the place😂It's either Porsche or Supra here for fast laps but the McLaren has always been a great allrounder. It is all about driving styles and how you feel in the car, some people suit different cars. Might all change again in the update tomorrow though. They always mess with the cars in updates.

@ I like the McLaren, I’ll give the Supra another shot and adjust the BB, maybe it’ll be better for me. And I hope they don’t change any of the cars again, if they do Just don’t change the ones I like to drive. 😂

@ you don’t need a plate, a real rumble bee pickup truck only came out in 2004-2005 regular cab two doors with either yellow or black color ways and it’s a dodge ram they never came out in dakotas or anything else or any other years

Thanks buddy, I know, I think the Bugatti had to save fuel, so slower in the race than qualifying. Still decent points, not that it matters as I missed the first 2 rounds. On the plus side, he did get a 5 second penalty, I was in shock😂😂

@@fuzzy-daddy83 I think I have the opposite 😅. I find the braking points much more difficult to get right. I don't really have braking points I just brake by muscle memory 😂

Thanks bud, yeah pretty much. When you enter the cup races it puts you in a league either gt1,2 or 3 depending on the DR rating at the time of entry. GT1 is A or higher, GT2 is for B, GT3 C or lower. However, you can increase your DR beyond the league ratings. I've seen A ranks in the GT2 league because they've increased their DR. Keep pushing, it's all about practice, just keep it fun🙂👍✌

Thanks bud, yeah I always try and keep my SR up, that plan failed spectacularly on this account which was my main, now my fun account is higher than my main, go figure😂Racing from the back is always more fun. I like driving different cars, and if I've set a lap in a meta car, that always ends in disaster and people start pushing past, so I start at the back and stay out of trouble....usually🤣

Thanks bud. Yeah you can change the BB, it was on 0 for this lap. I tend to leave it on 0 for road cars, maybe -1 if it's a bit tail happy +1 if it's like a truck😂. The F40 is not the best car to drive, it's got massive random understeer but it's fast, especially on the straight and up hill. The Mazda is very quick but handles like i's on ice. If you happen to feel brave and have a go in the Supra, avoid curbs like the plague. The suspension is rock hard and it bounces like it's on the moon, its quite funny. I find the easiest to handle is the Corvette, it's great on the curbs too, just lacks a bit of straight line speed. It's a long track to learn quickly with lot's of quirky corners. It's definitely a momentum track, you get one corner wrong and you suffer for the rest of the lap. Shame the DR doesn't update on race A, I think I've done most of week here, if I won the lottery I would live here. It's one ticked off the bucket list and I would love to go back. 😁Sorry for the essay by the way😂

@@496Cubes Thanks bud 👍 I got a 1month ban for calling someone an idiot once🤣 I think I've got a vid on here somewhere, ironically that was suzuka as well. I don't think PD are interested in updating the penalty system now. It used to be super strict but everyone complained. No it's relaxed everyone is still complaining so they've just left it. What people wanted would have required live stewards for every race and that's just not possible. I'll take the rough with the smooth😁

Sound like a typical GT7 race at the moment🤣it's getting worse. If you watch my race c video from today, the guy that took me out got no penalty at all. It's a good combo this one but the punting is annoying. I said this week was going to be carnage and I fully expect to get reset at some point again, my temper will get the better of me😂

@ I completely understand My temper started to flare up this morning after the second race, I had to stop and do outside work to calm down😂😂😂 Here’s to tomorrow being a better day for both of us racing. I’ll check out race C on my next break😎

I didn't, I did a few Daily A's on Sunday night, and to say they didn't go to plan would be an understatement SR drops bumped me down to B, and then a few rage quits dropped me to C, I just had a really bad night😭🤣

Thanks bud, erm short answer is no. The penalty system is a big talking point at the moment, and people have learnt how to commit professional fouls if you like. The system is broken. Yeah the easiest way is to qualify higher, but at the same time that won't stop someone from behind using you as a brake. You can get yourself into a spiral like I did last night, best thing to do then is take a break, don't race angry. It is nice ranking up and racing faster people, but if you concentrate solely on that the game stops being fun too. Deep breaths 🫣👍✌

Thanks bud🙂👍It's such a fast race, I'd say too fast for Gr.1 but that's what makes it fun and different. The Bugatti is waaaaay too OP now though, it's grip is just daft.

Bugatti was tough but I managed this fastest time. Toyota TS030 Hybrid '12 is my car choice for the races. 👍🏻

Yeah I like driving the road cars. I miss the old shuffle racing they did on GT5 and 6, where you had a PP limit, and got given a road car within that limit and raced, could be anything, sometimes good, sometimes bad, but great fun.
