How to open it for repair . ?

I had 5 of these at home. Worked for a year. Then stopped and not getting recognized in wipro app. Wipro service is quite sad.

I am using since around 1 year and now it does not connect to the wifi automatically, I need to remove the device and add again. Customer care does not respond. As of now I won't recommend to buy Wipro Smart Bulb

It only turns AC ON by supplying the power...you need to search for the AC remote and do manual job to turn ON, set the temperature etc

Just turn On the MobileData, blutooth, location, hotspot & wifi in same mobile.. & Then install the App & open it & then Click "Light source(BLE+Wifi)" then type ur mobile hotspot name & password then within 2 minutes, it will connect (make sure the light is blinking while u connecting) (Only one phone is enough & no wifi connection needed)❤❤❤

When we say to alexa turn off ac it immediately cut off the current and ac flap doesn’t closes

It works but we won't be able to monitor or control temperature... it is just on or off switch .. I would still go with wifi built inside ac.

It only controls the power to the ac in order to turn it on you should use the remote and nowadays most ac are smart. the only use of this plug is you can set the timer and so you can reduce the idle current that's it for example set the ac's inbuilt timer for 3:30 to turn the ac of and set the plug timer to 3:31 so you can save a bit thats it
