The lyrics "I can see you with me when I'm older" and "I know I'm gonna be with you forever" are things Billy and Kelly deserved in whatever form, as friends, lovers, whatever. They deserved the endgame and it breaks my heart they didn't get it. Beautiful job with this. I miss them!!
