Anyone who's watching this to improve. If you actually want to improve I'd highly recommend jumping into either Aimlabs, or Kovaak's, or whatever Aim trainer you are using. Try out a bunch of different tasks, Flicking, Tracking, Switching, Precision, Speed the list goes on. Find ones you struggle on, or that you find hard, and play those until you are used to them. If you are struggling that means you are lacking in whatever is needed for those specific tasks. If you can get a good high average score you dont really have to keep playing it too much since you wont see that much of an improvement. I can kinda see it as mastery of a craft, If 0 is the beginning, and 100 is perfection. That 80-100 is going to take far far FAR more time to achieve than the 1-80. Which is why I recommend checking out where you're behind, for me, it wasn't even the Aiming that was an issue for me, it was my eye's and Focus. Like, I've never been able to confirm that my aim is 100% on the enemy. I just know that my crosshair SHOULD be on the enemy and I shoot. This brought me to Diamond ish in valorant but Not further, and my aim has always never been consistent. The reason is that I'm always guessing and going off of "muscle memory" when I'm taking my shots. So I've been practicing Hit Confirmation as well as tracking since they both force you to look at your enemy and your crosshair.
