Open area is very less seeing the numbers of flats. Floor area ratio is not according to standard guidelines.

Water supply is very poor. TDS IS always more than 2200 and this is totally unsafe for human consumption as well as daily work like washing etc..all appliances that use water like geysers are getting danaged due to poor quantity supply.

Monkays and dogs roam freely in society and when we complain to manager he says that he can't do anything. Kids are always fearful of going out to play

One of the worst socities in noida. Maintenance and security is very poor. Old and unprofessional security guards. Power backup is very less and ac and geysers do not run on backup. Only one entry and exit gate and narrow roads.
