In this video, you will see a popular and beautiful place in Antalya - the funicular with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and the entire city of Antalya.
The cost of the entrance ticket in July 2023 is $15 for tourists and about 3-4 dollars for locals.
The length of the funicular railway is 1706 meters.
The height of Tunektepe Mountain is 605 meters.
When we arrived at the mountain, the weather was clear, but the clouds were moving quite rapidly, and at the mountain top, we found ourselves in the midst of clouds, which was very unusual and beautiful. Sometimes, we even felt a cool breeze. There are several cafes, souvenir shops, and other entertainments at the top. The most breathtaking thing here is the view. When you look at nature and the mountains, you don't want to say anything, you just want to peacefully admire these stunning views
Here is a very beautiful nature. Down near the mountain, there is a huge park for picnics with a barbecue area and a large spacious beach.
In addition to that, for mountain climbing enthusiasts, you can hike up the mountain on foot, but I don't recommend doing it without a similar experience as it will take about 3-4 hours one way. I did it in early spring in misty cool weather. The trail sometimes stopped, and I had to overcome rocks and branches. On the way back, I took a longer closed road, and the entire journey took about 5-6 hours, and even the foggy weather didn't prevent me from enjoying the excellent views.

It is a clean but ugly concrete jungle type of city with many beautiful spots, a very clear sea, and nice beaches, with a lot of attractions and beautiful countryside around it. Antalya region is beautiful with beaches, mountains, greenery, ancient sites, and more but the city center itself is unattractive.
