Switching nunchuck positions | Nunchucks for beginners
😂 pesimo !! La cultura marcial china es unica , pero en manos de norteamericanos solo hacen tonterías
Wall Spin?? I did not see the Shaolin teach this wall spin. Is the wall spin just for FLOW AND EXPRESSION ONLY?
It's a practical home position. Especially for beginners. As a practitioner progresses they will no longer have a need to endlessly spin in preparation for their techniques. They will be seamlessly transitioning from one technique to the next. It's similar to the horse stance in other traditional martial arts. It has its use cases but it's mainly used as a training position to learn the basic techniques.
Are those similar to nunchakus? 😖
Yes, nunchucks and nunchaku are the same thing. Nunchaku is just the proper name.
Very good job!🇧🇷
I want to biy this nanchaku
👍🏾
ok..that high kick that you use to bring the rope dart back down, at 0:21 is sick.. I didn't understand what i saw at first. i know what i'm gonna be trying next. Thanks !
Appreciate it!
bro is lagging
Is it ok to be left handed?
Yes, it is! Just do everything mirrioring what I do. Left hand instead of right.
Sooooo damn pretty
Thank you so much, it was real helpful. I’m a complete beginner in this and i was looking for some advice which one to buy, you did great job. Thank you so very much, your explanation was to the point. Loved it:)
Glad it was helpful!
Really helpful
Glad you think so!
thank you.
You're welcome
Thank You So Much It Was Helpful ❣️✨
You’re welcome 😊
hmmm, you can also throw the dart forward on a reverse wheel spin, just wrap the rope around your strong elbow on the bottom arc and release the rope from the elbow on the top of the arc while lunging your main hand forward.
Yes, you can!
Great job!!! Looks fab! I love this. I’ve been mKing and using them for the last 42yrs and my martial arts weapon to practice. Fumio Demura is my hero!! 🔥🙏🏽
I took this guy's information seriously and followed everything he said.
How did it go
That’s great ❤looks like it could hurt someone.Like it😊
Nice job
For you Canadians and California
Lol! Very true!
I wached many vids now on making, stringing and swinging them. You did a great job at it. Love the charred look, stringing and the length of it all. I made a few pairs now lately, but non yet so I can spin them around my hands. I may now succeed watching your video, thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!
Hi there. I received my 1st nunchucks from a friend years ago. I was very proficient and had a great time and was very good ! Of course..life gets in the way. I've always loved practicing & recently bought hard foam practice nunchucks. But I think they are too large for my hands. I can't spin it around my hand.. Can you advise me on inches from my wrist to my elbow?
Hello! Some Nunchucks have different lengths of string/chain. It really all comes down to preference. I've never really used my arm as a measurement, but wouldn'tbesurprised if some people do. I have a video on making Nunchucks, and in it I show how to lengthen the string. Without seeing your situation in person it's a little hard to give my advice. I hope I helped a little though!
Nicely done…
Thanks!
Great info thanks! What’s the weight of the lighter nun chucks
I'm not really sure. I'm sorry I don't have a scale or I'd measure them for you. If I had to describe them I'd say that they are comparable to my foam training chucks. They are made of rattan.
Best beginner video ever! Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
You have some mad skills you go rock on 🤘
Thanks
You welcome
Bro, you are a BEAST. Transition & Rotation are in point
Thanks!
Interesting
Awesome
Awesome
Hello do you know the thickness of the paracord
Thank you! I just made some because of your video… and I love them! I even charred mine to have tiger stripes.
Nice!
💯🙏
cool
The Gurkhas of Nepal use the kukri as a tribal and military weapon (Great Britain's Assam Rifles Regiment.)
I love the Karambit and carry a folder myself.
As a person who has left hand as dominant, I love how he says "non dominant hand" and not left hand.
I’m gonna make some
Why was he drilling in reverse? 😅 other than that awesome idea.
Did I really? Oops!
What happened with the follow ups mate? I enjoyed this?👍
Sorry man, life has been busy. I am wanting to film some more soon though!
Could you make a video on how to tie the noose, or point me towards a good tutorial on how to tie the noose?
There isn't a set way to tie it. To do it the way I do you can goggle "how to tie a bow line knot". Then just tie that at the end. Thread the dart through it and you have a noose. I hope that helps!
@@TotalCombatives I just wraped here and there and it worked out great
Obligatory unaliving prevention hotline joke

Knew who this was the second I saw the nunchucks... Those look awesome!!
👍👍👍👍
Super helpful, thanks!
The burned effect looks so damn cool
Thanks man!
Actually now I am a student of you. (rope dart)💖
Glad to hear! I'm working on preparing new content for you soon!
@@TotalCombatives 💖
Started yesterday, already doing it . wasnt expecting it to succeed. Slomos are good to learn. My arm gets tired but i will go on ty.
I think the string of the nunchucks, at the end of the video, is longer then the string u sshowed us by making it. But anyway, it was a very good video and it was very easy to watch, without some noisy music and it was easy to follow.
