HCH is currently making plans to built a similar facility in Dolakha district for which sponsoring and volunteers are needed. Namaskar is the formal greeting in several countries like India and Nepal and just refers to the title for the (whole) movie. In Amritsar is also common use for foreigners to greet with Namaskar and Namaste, alhough the people themselves use their own. In that regard you are right.
Namaskar is a hindu religious greeting, your at the Sikhs holiest shrine guys at least get the greeting right??
