I really love everything about Law in this one. I don't care for him outside 1/2 normally but not for oft stated reasons. Anyway I just wanted to share that kazuya broke the tree of life effigy of a Buddha which jun kazama's healing aura/Chakra/ ripple spoke to Jin via, and despite not being said as such or generally eluded to, I find it likely that had more sway over jinpachi than the weight of the world, and his confinement. He is strong, but If given to the devil gene, it only perpetuates aggression. A healing hum, or hymn often given from prayer bowls of brass and baser metals reverberate from friction which encourages balance, and harmony with the force field all life intersects via. A unseen, shared supernatural force, friction and energy like the plates of the earth. Layered stratum of earth, life lost to return to the new and next birth. Jinpachi is confined surrounded by earth, things unseen but felt. His prison was reliant on his rigid way of acting and thinking but never expanding, if he were a lotus his bulb would be lost in the dark under a pillar upheld not for good, or preservation of life but to be free. Fight. Destroy. His energy endures, even once he is as dust, because energy never dies. It is there visibly for but a moment like flash of lightning. This binds many if not all his ilk, as they all rise to the challenge, just to throw back the foe from whence they were birthed expecting no change but a familiar rebirth. Of power. Determinance. Might by right just for sake of the next fight. Like the cogs in a machine, the perspective isn't alone the issue, but with the worth unseen being seen lesser without ever being willing to pursue a different path. Jun is the direct antithesis of heihachi, and the effigy which remained where she weren't, once removed let loose the machinations of war for war. Jinpachi, like temple of sand and time, holds sway because he is one of a kind in his own mind A reality even Jack, can transcend. Lightning lives on, after the flash and with its thunder does the promise of another branch being plundered for power grows stronger regardless of the true force behind such a show of strength. Anyway my wording sucks and I'm tired lol With the spark comes the showing of force, the echo of a power observed in the past. To grasp it as eternal, undeniable is to face the storm and question its form as if it could care to discern between one flash or the next. History repeats until we're through. Every life holds power, but only peace blooms where the fear of the boom is succeeded by the peace of unity instead of pursuit of power. Time is a circle , and no bolt or blood can not be turned inward or against the hated and the loved. I think Law is actually a very positive character and even Paul. I think Law, is a kind person and find it odd how his failings in fighting canonically is seen as making him a wasted character. He has every reason to give up but never does, he tries and cares about his family, and what he loves regardless of success. He's defined by his inspiration as far as most seem concerned, but his nuances are what makes him stand out from the crowd in that. Imitation is not duplication, nor is one a negative just for being true to one aspect but not the other.
