Hello, thank you for your purchase! In the instructions, I noted that a lantern has 6 sides, but cutting them all at once can easily tear the paper due to overloading the blade. In fact, some customers initially had the same problem when the design had all 6 sides, they all cut all 6 sides at once and some sides were damaged.. After I changed the design to only 3 sides (customers have to cut 2 times), this problem has been better solved. I hope you understand and do not feel too much trouble cutting 2 times. @@Tdesign510 No problem, next time I will just duplicate the panels and put on a separate mat. I love the 3 designs! If I wanted to put the image on both sides should I mirror it to put on opposite side?

@@lauriestiller7580 That's a good idea. But you shouldn't use too thick paper because then layer "3" will be a collection of many colored layers, the thicker the more difficult to assemble. I think for layer "3" you should only use paper with a maximum thickness of 65lb (or 180gsm).

I combine 2 types of single color LED lights, the bottom is yellow LED lights and the top is blue. Note that the number of yellow LED lights is 5-7 times more than blue LED lights. If you put too many blue LED lights, the light box will have a blue color that is very difficult to see.

What device do you use to open zip files? There are many instructional videos on TH-cam for this. For example, if you use a computer, you can search for the phrase "How to extract zip files on PC"; if you use an Android phone, search for "How to extract zip files on android", etc. Try to find understand it a bit, it's not difficult and this will be very helpful as most of the design files are sold online are in ".zip" format.

That's right. I bought copy paper (160gsm), it has a smooth paper quality that is quite suitable for cutting, and it is also cheap. You can use paper with a thickness of 160 to 250gsm, they are all easy to cut.

You can do this with wood, but light will have a harder time penetrating wood than paper, so the resulting light effect will also be worse.
