does the head have counterbalance?

the head of my Fotopro Si Pro just came off. This happens when the bowl adjustment is locked and when you twist the head with the panning locked, the head comes off. I accidentally dropped my camera, thankfully on soft ground. Do you have a fix for this?

I'm looking for a lightweight tripod for my heavy full frame body and lenses. This is lightweight and unique design. However, I wonder how strong are the locking mechanism of the legs. When I tested this out and lock the legs by turning it, it feels very fragile with a cracking sounds... Repeating the locking and unlocking of the legs, will this last for many years?
