Congratulations both on your wins 👏 Great to see some in-race footage - gives a real sense of the speed and how close everyone rides to each other! I came down to watch on the day and bumped into a cycling buddy, but I reckon loads more people will come down next year if it's on again - here's hoping!

Former Cambridge student here. This brought back memories of bombing through those same streets treating the ride to lectures like a TT... without closed roads. Had no idea this was taking place but would've loved to make it down to take part or spectate. Kudos to Monument for trying to give UK racing more of a platform, here's hoping it runs next year!

I still can't get my head around of how much you guys love mud haha great racing!

I’m not sure if it will help with that much mud, but I’ve been using a product called SC1 and it seems to prevent as much mud build up on the frame. It was designed for motorbikes.

Would you rather use 40 gravine or 38 grifo? Course is a dry grassy course with loose off camber an steep climbs around a velodrome in houston, texas.

Just discovered this by chance. I rode the Thursday evening races as a schoolboy over 50 years ago! We would ride over from Ealing, ride the race and then ride home again! Took me back for sure. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Some great work, gimbal and bike riding is… well, and art. A few tips guys- The mic on the gimbal will really mess with the balance and you’re better off using foley in post. Through the tree tracking shots- whack it on manual focus, then you can shoot at shallowed depth and throw the focus to the rider behind the trees. Stick to the 180 shutter angle rule 👌🏻 Good work

Loved the instinct for a good shot: 'is it worth to stop there for a minute?' and then proceeds to shoot epic moments

Loving the drone shots. Well loving it all, but the drone shots especially were so creative.

i got a lot from this thanks. im thinking of doing a track taster session as I want to enjoy the fun aspects of this (which I think you've really captured by the way!) , but honestly im a bit put off by the competitive level. im not that good, simple as that. if the community turns out to be focussed on performance and how well you race, i think i will bounce right off it. ill just feel inadequate and excluded
